NSMG - NationalStorm Management Hurricane Stock - Page 55

very tempted into this one... so paranoid though... never traded pennies before.

Im tempted to get into this too, based on last few years charts. As soon as Dr. Gray releases a report with an "above active year predicted", this will likely shoot up a little. Will try to get in at this price.

I WOULD THINK

a good place and time of year to get in if you havent.....i have been throwing a little more into this one whenever i have some left over funds from a trade since i initially got un about a month or so ago....

I would think that NSMG would be making a move very soon..IMO, just looking for volume. I bought in at .046 this week.

Question about activity

Watching this stock today, absolutely no trading had taken place by around 11:00 AM. The price was at 0.045, the BxA was 100x1, the bid was at 0.04 and the ask at 0.049. Then finally there was a trade at 0.04, but for only 250 shares...that's $10.00. My question: When you see something like this, is it legit or is an MM trying to close the spread and stimulate activity???? Thanks.

CHICAGO, Apr 01, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- National Storm Management, Inc. (Other OTC:NSMG) announced today that it has opened a new office in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, to capitalize on recent storm activity in the area. As a result of recent tornadoes and hail damage, metropolitan Atlanta sustained approximately $250 million in damage. To support the cleanup effort, the Company plans to mobilize operations through this new office, as part of its national expansion strategy. National Storm expects to open two new branch offices annually to capitalize on opportunities created by storm activity. The Company currently has offices, through its affiliates, in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Florida and Ohio.
"We have spent the past two years stabilizing the business and restructuring operations, which should lead to improving our financial condition," said Terry Kiefer, president and CEO of National Storm Management. "We now believe we are well positioned for growth. Already, we have seen significant interest in our first-responder services in the Atlanta area, which is why we felt it appropriate to open an office in the area. We believe the opportunity is quite significant in the area. Two years ago, there was a hail storm in Indianapolis. It was estimated that the damage was approximately half of the level of the Atlanta storm. The Company generated in excess of $4 million in revenue from the event. Through the opening of this new office, we believe National Storm is well positioned for similar success. We expect to open an additional office this year to respond to future storm activity. While the last two years have seen few major storms, we have prepared the Company to respond quickly to events and to eventually diversify our operations so we are not completely dependent on storm activity to support growth."

As a noob investor.....I would have thought a stock with a 3 year proven record, like nsmg, would have made a jump by now as people gear up for storm season along the gulf coast.

We had a strong close today with nice volumn , up 22%....could this be the start of a steady incline or Is this increase as simple as the market closing strong with a little PR?
This is accumulation time. Given the last couple of years there will probably be a wait until we get closer to hurricane season. We have to wait for the forcasts as we get closer. Chances are we will move slowly up.

i agree. That was good to hear from nsmg though....they're still alive!

Well, good for this stock but bad news for us here in Florida. We have dodged the bullet the last couple years so we'll see. We are having a very warm spring already, so I know those ocean temps are already rising, sigh. Glad I am inlabnd a bit.

I suspect this report will send all the hurricane stocks rising a bit.

Not this year buddy. This company is diluted all to hell to make up for 0 hurricanes the past 2 years. The only way you'll see .30 is if a cat 4 comes barreling towards the U.S. coastline.

Expect .15. ..... .20 highest point.
