"The true float is 50M shares, less 5,272,000 of restricted shares being held by NSHV attorneys as company representatives oversee the buyout of Munro's position.

There were 25,226,189 shares illegally dumped into the market, of which 2,083,333 were voluntarily returned by one of the holders of those shares.

That means there were 67,879,856 shares in the market when the company issued their PR against an authorized float of 44,728,000."

lol taking original investment out is a form of flipping. the penny market is for playing people are gonna flip thier is no way around it so not something to be upset about. by flipping you take the risk out or maximize your profits. thier is nothing wrong with that.

i bought into this company because of the conversations i had with the ceo Gene Sibbet. he completely convinced me he was building a solid company. then after watching the mm's sell shares for months i gave up. now that the sellers have been identified, i'm convinced Gene will make sure everything goes well and in return all shareholders will be rewarded.

Nashville Records, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NSHV) is currently negotiating with two big name artists for the USS New York project and another associated project. The Company will soon release information on these artists. Recordings have commenced and have been recorded by top musicians, including musicians of Dolly Parton and John Michael Montgomery.

The first artist is a young female singer with over ten Top 10 recent hits and is an award-winning vocalist. She has sold millions of albums, and her singles have sold in many countries around the world. Few artists from any genre have had the impact of this artist with singles at the top of the Billboard Charts for many weeks at a time. The Company will release her name and accomplishments in an upcoming news release. She is performing "Never Forget," the ship's motto. The second artist selected is a male singer, equally impressive as his female counterpart, with multi-platinum success and is not only a gifted vocalist but also an accomplished musician. I chuckled a bit when I saw Juice singing on the CD. I actually had a crush on her when I was in junior high...she was hot in the 80's.
