COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Nashville Records, Inc., is a C corporation formed in the State of Tennessee, which now owns Nashville Records Label™. The business headquartered in the heart of Music Row in Nashville. The key management were industry retired individuals that were dissatisfied with the direction the music industry was headed. In the past the management team successfully combined for well into the billions of dollars in sales and are credited for hundreds of charted hits. We will retain established hit generating artists and new artists as well, through both typical and unique marketing strategies. The Company also developed and trademarked its own publishing division; Nashville Publishing™ and ASCAP affiliate; Nashville Artists™.
INDUSTRY OVERVIEW
Due to recent changes in the entertainment industry, success in the marketplace demands ventures that vary from the traditional business model. These changes have established a trend driven by musical artists and products that are developed independently, then marketed, promoted and sold through channels and relationships with larger multi-media corporations. Many labels have merged with large conglomerates, leaving only three major labels in existence in Nashville. Many artists are unhappy with this seemingly lack of personal care and are leaving large labels, thereby seeking independent labels that are geared to succeed with talented and experienced management. This reality provides justification and a unique window of opportunity for our business. Along with industry veterans we will have a talented administrative pool and creative support staff with high quality recording artists, songwriters and strategic relationships. Further, we believe we can produce wholesome entertainment without compromising commercial appeal.

COMPANY BACKGROUND
Nashville Records™ was an old record label back in the 1930’s and 40’s. In 2002 Gene Sibbett secured the label but had no intention of working it until his youngest son graduated from high school in 2008. However, radio stations worldwide started requesting that the label provide artists material. Newspapers contacted Mr. Sibbett stating they would do features and plug artists. In 2006 the Company decided to make a bold push for an expert management team and co-partners but kept it very confidential, as we did not want anybody in Nashville to know what we were up to.
