Ace, I figured out how you can get away with the day trading. Since your money is in your Dads account while you are a minor, I am thinking that if he has over $25k in his account, you can day trade all you want. lol. That is cool.

I obliviously broke the rules when I first started trading with Scottrade (and got away with it) but eventually I got that phone call. I'm guessing there is a minimum amount that you have to trade with in order to pop up on their radars. Just my guess.

I look for people to post plays, and i look at them, if they have just realsed news and are getting lots of buying pressure i try to get in. Like the news plays now.

When the news came out, but the stoped moving and there was no MOMO so I sold at .0012, and hoped on UDTT at .0033.
