Looks like it's accumulating here around .70. Give it a couple days and we should see some upward movement.

Once oil spikes again, this will be right back over $1.00 IMO.

Picked up a smaller position near end of today, hopefully Oil picks up and this thing get's some legs. Maintained well in this nasty climate though, IMO.

so I keep hearing that right now .68 to .70 is a great entry point. Does anyone else feel the same way?

well a quick look at the daily chart shows it's dipped down to .67 a few times in the past week

I keep hearing about dilution, but I think the volume would be much higher then. I'm waiting for the pinch still though.
