I see 6.61 in after hours as of 5:42.

It's sitting at 6.02 what looks like after an order to sell 250,000 shares was placed. Not sure what the deal is ask is at 6.36 and bid is at 6.65. Maybe the order can't be filled or something...

First time i've seen something like this. Don't know what to make of it.

First off that was nothing in AH to worry about or get excited about.

Driving back home I was trying to think why such a big surge in share price. Could it be the news that I seen today that disappeared? It was good but not that good. Did they get their funding? That is a good possibility. Buyout? a possibility.

Then a light bulb went off. They have a good relationship with LVLT that just cut a big deal with Netflix. Could they have their hand in this some way. The only thing that goes against this therory is that LVLT has been support for Clearwire and not the other way around. Its just speculation on my part but something is happening behind the scenes to close up 11% on 2 1/2X avg volume during a mid sized market meltdown

It seems S and CLWR are butting heads in areas.Tiptop,is there a possibility that S could wind up funding CLWR? I just hope it all works out in the end for shareholders.

Did anyone sell any or all their shares, with the nice pop todayor,are you holding? For the record,I held.

Yes they have some arbitration going on right now and Sprint has already said they do no want to fund but funding should not be a problem (so to speak) The bottom line is that Sprint is holding the trump card as they are the majority holder. I am holding but have my finger on the trigger if this goes sour.

Sprint mentioned that even though CLWR is running out of money, interested parties could simply fund them when needed (something along those lines - can't find it right now).

For what its worth,CLWR has an upgrade this morning.

I cant wait to see what happens here today. I was out most of the day and when I rolled in around 1am I couldnt believe my eyes. Congrats to all benefitting from this.

I held all my shares yesterday. My M.O. for this stock has been to unload some of my shares on pops or runs and buy on the pull backs. Yesterday I was not really around the computer so just sat on it. Didn't really have an exit target price set. If I had been mostly likely would have unloaded half and been looking for another buy in. I have only been completely out of the stock a couple of times. Leaning towards sitting on my shares. After all merger Monday is coming up.

Oh well... I wished I sold yesterday right at close, but got stopped out this morning for smaller profit.

Yeah I was hoping for a better day than this. I almost let half go early this morning. Oops.

I sold half my trade from yesterday as a defensive sell and I still expect a pop when funding is announced. BTW, the upgrade this morning had a 7.50 PT

Got into some Dec 6.00 puts this morning. Hoping to ride this down as it's starting to seem like a pump and dump.

little guy is hanging in there

Got out of my short as CLWR was rather unaffected by the market today, it actually started going up on pretty low volume. Add to that the big shoot up the other day and the high volume that day on no news... somethings fishy here.

I'm holding on to my Dec Puts thinking this is going to be a pump and dump at some point but I really have no idea.

I am very surprised that CLWR held up today with the Dow down almost 200 points.....not that I am complaining as I still have my entire position. I do have a stop in place at 6.10 which still locks in profit should we tank.

Just took half off the table.

Just let the rest go. Turned out to be a great trade. I'll try again if the opportunity presents itself.

Still holding my clwr from 6.13 average, selling a third here at 7.20. Holding the rest. Still looking good and sprints moving up nicely also, hopefully be some funding announcement soon.
