Day high:
$ 0.0025 RT 0.0013 (+108.33%) Volume: 16.92 m 11:19 AM EDT 24-Mar-2009

Forming support here would be nice for those holding it.

post #125 of 3705

$ 0.0029 RT 0.0017 (+141.67%) Volume: 21.25 m 11:48 AM EDT 24-Mar-2009

You don't think a cup and handle is forming? I see a retrace to 0.002-0.0025 levels for a few days before another run. This is based on the 0.003 resistance.

I have no clue. It could blast off, it could consolidate around here. I was just showing where I thought the last line of real resistance was at.

It definitely doesn't need to form a cup and handle. Zoom your chart in a little and it looks like a flag pattern more than a potential C&H.

thanks, simon. I've been trying to follow your calls the last few months.. but somehow I missed that you're running www.itradepennystocks.com.

Nice 3.9.09 how to play the breakouts article.

I seeee a bit of the handle forming
post #132 of 3705
seriously dipping down if anyone wants to jump in
post #133 of 3705
Talk about your End of Day pullback! Glad I got out at .0027!
post #134 of 3705
Like I was saying, nothing to worry about. Only a healthy handle is tracing forming a cup:

I believe it'll trade like this for atleast several days before the next break. I will get in for a position when I see the handle is complete.
post #135 of 3705
Anyone thinking we see another run after the pull-back has subsided, or is this going to slowly trickle off...?
post #136 of 3705
DT, what indicators do you use for the end of the handle?

Here you go. Drew it up fast cause I have to run.

Generally, the handle for a cup shouldn't trace down below the 200 MA. In this case, it's not clear to me but I believe it bounced off that which "should" mean this is the new consolidation zone, if there is another run. You really would need another couple of days to trace out the handle better, but I believe this is a perfect formation of a cup and handle.

GNTA went through the same thing a while back, we called it the lopsided breast, lol. Check out my signature for further details :P

Haha. I love the insert. I think I get it. Thanks!

Np, but don't take my word for it. I still don't hold any, so a cup and handle might be what my eyes want to see since I am looking to pick up at the bottom of the handle and ride the next run.

Wait for Simon's next post to get a second opinion as this is his pick and I'm only basking in his glory.

You definitely may be right. There is definitely resistance in the .0025-.0035 range, so stalling there a little while seems probable and probably the most healthy for a potential breakout. Now that is assuming that it doesn't just blow through the resistance and takeoff, I honestly see both scenarios as good possibilities. Now my money is on one of the two playing out, but there is always the scenario where it fails to break resistance too.
