I consider myself to be very honest and forthright, and have been for a long time on this board. You'll notice I don't claim to know anything convincing me 100% this company is legitimate - the debate is currently to disprove asinine insinuations that some joker's opinions are somehow fact, simply because a penny stock company couldn't have possibly made this much money this fast.

Iceman PNMS is a huge fraud and the authorities are about the halt it.

Financials could be 100% BOGUS! No Accountant signed them!

I don't think there can be much doubt that the profit claims of this company are completely bogus and about as believable as Mike Terrell's promise two months ago that people could get their money out of the PDR exchange by wire within two weeks. They are still waiting on their money and in some cases, the money has completely disappeared from their accounts. People have been waiting on promised audited financials since last year.

Terrell and Pedro appear to be reprobate liars.

Scam might be too nice of a word to use when putting a label this stock.

No one will stand on the PNMS 15c211

If anyone wants to know just how thoroughly bogus the company is, all they need to realize is that the company filed a 15c211 last year but no market maker in the entire business will pick it up because of the liability that comes by attesting to it. No MM is willing to put his neck on the line for the company's bogus lies.

PNMS seems to be among the worst of bad boys in the business.

Who would care if some IHUB dummies tell anyone off? One of the mods there has said he is a representative of one of the PNMS perps, the liar Pedro himself! What would you expect him to do? Do you think he will say, "you're right! We are lying when we say we made all this bogus money!"?

I don't think this is a difficult call at all. PNMS can't get an MM to stand on its 15c211 for a reason. The brokerage firms don't believe the information the company is submitting is truthful.

Thats it. The entire PNMS pumping crew is gone for sending out this spam about this POS stock. You all broke enough TOS violations as it is.

As I've said a few times before - I just wanted to say congrats to all of the longs who stuck this out since the beginning.

Last fall there were several of us who researched this company to death. I personally spent hours online (wife was not very happy) looking for anything I could to prove/disprove what I and the rest of the "longs" thought was happening. Every day we shared our findings with the board. Much of our research was met with harsh criticism (that is putting it mildly).

2007 started out with a PPS right about where it is now. We had a few small runs, however, I knew we would see something bigger.

To those of you who stuck with this and did the research and turned in your certs and are now trading on the exchange....who looks like the momo now? LOL

I see a big day on the American Exchange coming. Anyone reading this and who can figure out what is going on will try and buy shares and convert. Even if you can get shares for .002 or 3 or 4 or 5 or even 6, convert, and sell them on the exchange, you are practically guaranteed at least a double. It's a no brainer IMO.
