That was not really a hard drop considering price, i talked to some stock holders who stuck by through the thick and thin and they wanted to reward themselves.

This was expected besides the chart clearly shows a bounce off 100 and failed to push through and formed a double top.

it will bounce back, but if you look back to when I posted a trade with the symmetrical continuation triangle it was a short term trade that actually moved quicker than expected and moved higher than the target.

We had to close the trade at those levels. our original target was 100 -102

I want to see us pass 89.25 on this one before I get in. This was in the momentum thread also.

This stock is going to get to about $150 easily in the next year or so. Prob. $200. I knew about this stock when it was at $40 by the VP of Sands.

Dropping below the 200dMA on good volume I would wait for this to find a bottom. Not in play yet.

Although Chan said if this gets cheap enough it's worth getting some.

My friend in Macau says that these new casinos over there are turning some MAD numbers. I'll have to double check with him to see if he can get us some more info, but I can't imagine this staying down for all that long.

Stifel Nicolaus Analyst Upgrades Las Vegas Sands to "Buy" From "Hold"

NEW YORK (AP) -- A Stifel Nicolaus analyst upgraded Las Vegas Sands Corp. on Tuesday, saying a steep sell-off in stock of the global casino operator has turned its stock into a bargain.

The Las Vegas-based company's stock is down 22.9 percent since Feb. 1, and down 9.4 percent since Thursday, when the company reported quarterly results.


Stifel Nicolaus analyst Steven Wieczynski said the sell-off has been "a bit extreme." Investors have focused on intensifying competition in Macau and are worried about the company's plans there, he said.
