Thats the NSS fight though. In the interim there is the $50 million dollar company that is ready to be worth much more (per rufus on spr) to keep our share value intact while we wait for the outcome.

Try to keep in mind he looks at shareholders as people that invest in him for long periods of time. Not people that flip his ideas on a daily basis to gain a $100 bucks.

It can take up to 6 weeks or more to get them. The way it works is they notify the DTCC that you want the certs. The DTCC tells the transfer agent, and they in turn put you on the company books. They tell the DTCC that you have been added and the DTCC tells your broker to pull the shares from your account. The broker tells them they did that and the DTCC then mails them to you.

You can call your broker to insure they notified the DTCC and when, and to check if the DTCC has gotten back to them yet. You can also call the T/A to see if they have been notified by the DTCC and added you to the books yet. You cant call anyone at the DTCC cause they wont talk to individuals.
