Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday, Feb. 1, that the country will look for ways to reduce its dependence on transit nations and will seek alternative routes for oil and gas exports to Europe.

Russia’s state-run pipeline monopoly Transneft will increase the capacity of oil terminals at the Baltic port of Primorsk, near St. Petersburg, Putin said in an apparent reference to the pricing and tariff difficulties, in particular with neighbors Ukraine and Belarus.

“I have given instructions to the government, and Transneft has started work on expanding terminals in Primorsk by 50 million metric tons,”

Could this be the partner, Nwog has been active in the St Petersburg area before. Expanding terminals for oil delivery, as opposed to cross country pipelines...may be a relationship here...seems to fit in with Putin's objectives

Gman, because they are releasing preliminary info, don't want to give specifics which may harm negotiations. I am glad they are providing us with operational info, we know they are working to develope a company. I beleive they are trying to maintain the pps by providing as much info as possible at ther moment.

Its really not that the PR's are fluff,they have believable content and promise to the future. It is the past that hurts us the most. If you listen to the above you will understand . I am not jumping up and down and getting all excited but this is the reality of it all I believe.

We are still damaged goods and it will only take off when the A/F reports come out. The buyback well you got me on that one. I thought we would see a very small rise,but this is crazy. They must be buying very small amounts thru out the time frame they said they would buy in. If they bought to much to make it go up a lot then they risk a sell off and of course that would not help in the long run. We have to wait more to see the real potential this has to offer and it is very tough to do for me and a lot others who bought earlier into this.

Finally I know Maria is for real! I got a bit more confidence after listening to her....but still I am long way to be green.

Maria said two notable things. One is the word "understoodable," which I did not know was a word. And that AIM is scheduled within 3 years "hopefully."

Also, I cannot understand her, but I think it may be the NWOG senior company that is dealing with Syria. Hope I am wrong about this.

Remember she is Russian so that might be a real word for her (understoodable) Also,i don't think she meant three years for aim maybe was just responding to question "where will you be in three years" mainly they will be on the AIM.
