Which Canadian brokers have this option?
Im looking to get L2's outside Canadian stocks (mainly american pennies) but my current Broker (tradefreedom) doesnt have them available.

Are there any brokers or stand alones I can use?

Stockwatch I know does. I havent tried Disnat but I believe they will give you L2 but it is an added cost.

I see a price for Pink's but under OTCBB it says:

OTCBB Level-II
(Included with NASDAQ Level-I)N/C

what does this mean? I have to get NASDAQ Level I to get OTCBB Level2?
