The fall is because everything oil related is falling. Oil keeps dropping and so do the oil stocks.
I'm waiting to go bargain shopping in the oil industry for oil to find a bottom.
HAWK did have a decent bounce today and the volume is way up there.

Yes, you are right....I am just looking for a short term 8 - 10% from this one.

Im still not sold on some predictions of oil falling to levls of 30 - 40$ a barrel as Ive heard some speculate...

I dont see OPEC letting prices fall below $50/b - they'd cut production in a hurry beyond what is already planned...

out today at 10.56 - certainly not the bounce I was hoping for...oh well...a few bucks green

youre right rhreb - looks like more falling...oil plays good be really good bargains in the near future...

Petrohawk Energy announces proved reserves more than double to 1.076 Tcfe (HAWK) 11.95 +0.12 :

Co announces its estimated proved oil and gas reserves as of Dec 31, 2006 increased from 437 bln cubic feet of natural gas equivalent at year end 2005 to 1.076 trl cubic feet of natural gas equivalent, as prepared by the independent reserve engineering firm Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. and in accordance with S.E.C requirements.

yep....like this one. i picked up 10 $10 mar calls a couple weeks ago for @1.45 = 1469 (after commish)

will probably be looking to sell this next week sometime...

Superstocker, I've been wanting to make a thread for HK for a long time! Good pick! Great company, even better CEO.

Oh and BTW, do yourself a favor and don't hang your hat on Jim Cramer analysis. His underlying theory is effective but many of his picks will get you in trouble.

Yes very true but his fan base can make quite the difference, AAPL seems to have taken a hit after Cramer said sell 1/3rd of your holdings to his fans

HK Options hot today, had a 7% gain tuesday, nice pullback wednesday that kept us unchanged price.

I think this is ready to spring up, I've made money multiple times off HK Options

June $40 Calls still low compared to CHK
