Hey Mau,
nope I haven't forgot about EBY. With oil prices over $100 a barrel and nat gas bouncing back slowly, I have been loading up at 4.5. Between their old and new production they should have around 200-250boed and oil should be between 40-50% of that production. Their O/S is still not bad, but they do have some bank debt. Regardless, Eby should be trading at much higher value. Biggest problem is that management has not told us the updated production number. So until their financials come out, the stock will linger at these prices. That new land acquisition they made was a steal. 532k shares at 8c for a couple hundred acres of producing land with a well on it, a very good deal. Plus the fact that they bought the land with shares(at twice the current value) shows that the stock is undervalued. Then you got JDM(now known as Consolidated International Investment Holdings Inc) dumping those flow through shares at 5c.

Emerald Bay Provides Texas Operational Update
Canada NewsWire
CALGARY, May 29, 2012
CALGARY, May 29, 2012 /CNW/ - Emerald Bay Energy Inc. (TSX Venture: EBY) (the "Corporation" or "Emerald Bay") is pleased to provide an operational update on recent events.
MEDINA COUNTY, TEXAS
A multi-well drilling program has been initiated in the Taylor-Ina field of Medina County, Texas. 12 wells (3 net wells) are planned through Q2 and the first part of Q3, 2012. The program will be drilled in 4-well packages, and as of this writing 4 wells have been drilled, cased, and cemented. The logs were consistent with expectations and consistent oil "shows" were observed confirming the target zones of Escondido and Olmos sands. Completion operations are scheduled to begin June 2nd, with production operations expected to begin the week of June 11th. The drilling locations are direct offsets to existing production.
GUADALUPE COUNTY, TEXAS
After initial testing operations, the Company recently completed a land transaction of approximately 1230 acres surrounding its previously announced Imhoff #1 exploratory well in Guadalupe County, Texas. We are currently awaiting regulatory approval of a salt water disposal well on Company lands before continuing production testing operations. This Guadalupe County play is expected to yield multiple locations for Austin Chalk, Buda, Edwards intervals. Deeper tests are also planned at a later time to evaluate zones of interest below 5000 ft. on the subject lands. Horizontal drilling continues to unlock substantial reserves in this oil-rich region of South Central Texas.
