Not at all. I don't think he will be back as C.E.O. As great as that would be, it is very unlikely.

Never said I have all the answers my friend. I only said that I do not worry about that which I understand. You are looking at the situation with tunnel vision. His resignation was a move to protect the shareholder. You seem to be fixated on the "negative" connotation of the resignation and not thinking this through to see what a brilliant manuever this was. The "rat" inside CSHD has been "dealt with". It happens. We move on.

I understand your emotional attachment and stress, but please take care in your tone. I have never been antagonistic against you. Step back and think about it.

Whoa bud, you have it all wrong. He wasn't unhappy with CSHD. He reseigned to protect the company. I believe he will return. The deals done with CSHD continue with or without Rufus. If he is found guilty, Mike will pull his 7M shares, and Bens, and everyones. If he is vindicated then I believe that much should be back to the way it was.

what's important?

we heard from Rufus. that is all great. but Rufus is no longer associated with Con. Sol. what we need imo is to hear from the company. pr, 8k, 10q. plain and simple.

Listen...I apologize if my tone is aggressive or impolite. Please disregard it if it is.

However, emotional attachment and stress aside, this is not a brilliant maneuver! He was unhappy with the turn of events, which triggered the resignation. He made no indication of coming back as C.E.O. tonight?

If I am wrong, please correct me, but I heard no such indication.

What I want to know is what kind of reverse merger is it when the shell ended up with so much shares. With Mike's shares and the original fronthaul O/S we basically ended up owning more than 50% of the company.
