from what I gather this should be trading at 5-10 cents on it's own merits. currently

this does not include the short position
any other deals pending (hopefully xm deal)
any forward guidance once some revenue nubers are given...

I like how this is trading. MM's try to pull the carpet out by dropping the bid/ask on nothing, but they don't want to sell any shares on the dips either. as little buys move it right back up.
