Most commodities are testing session lows... ummm... after yesterdays news should the exact opposite be happening... Assuming that the swap move wasn't total BS of course?

Thanks bugbear, I totally forgot about the middle at tension and Arab spring hah. Libya is about to come back online and the Saudis promise more output if Iran goes offline.

I think the same stockjocke, all the fund managers are trying to front run each other, you buy!, no you buy!

If we don't keep moving up, the pressure to chase goes away. At that point fund managers will start selling in the face of new euro debt woes

I’m not gonna try it. You try it!”

I wonder how many here are old enough to remember this ???

IMO yesterdays action was nothing more than kicking the can down the road which Europe has mastered..Now if Europe tanks it will impact the US much more now then before but had not the acted in the way they did bank failures would probably be happening today..Either way failures are imminent..

it will impact it the same way it did before.. nothing has changed.. but the rhetoric.

coordinated and bringing brazil into it which kept raising its interest rates (11.50 down to 11.00) had more of a impact than anything else jmo.

CHK, GRPN, YHOO, GMCR a lot of severely beat down stocks still moving up. Must be some value hunting or short squeeze that takes more than 1 day to cover

Speakin' of all the gap ups this week .... don't gaps theoretically make life harder on the way down because you get gnarly supply test areas?

I've repeatedly crapped the bed with that one .... missing it a bunch of times.

ummm i think it depends on the stock.. while the indexes generally do retest gaps at some point.  Stock gets close but some never do touch the gap and retest..

speaking of gaps:

LF leapfrogged almost double since Sept....

Ideally the bulls would want successful bounces off it to legitimize the breakout from there yesterday.

Hit up TNA for 30 ticks and she's threatening higher prices and more agonizing.
