
1173 to a few points higher, maybe 1177, agreed, should be a fairly important level. For anyone short ES on a swing basis it may also be worth considering 1152.50 in their trade management, if they have more than one contract. That's the 61.8% fib from 1289.25 back to 1068. If a meaningful low is going to be put in soon, this should be a key level for signs of that, also if not then it could become a nice spot from which you can manage a partial stop.
ED: yeah, can't leave you out of the convo, with your two-part (closed trades) capture of the meat of the move, didn't realize you were short again already! Like you said, important to quickly realize when we are wrong (closed short early perhaps). I also assume mjoke has been short through all of this, and Kevin too, but who knows.
Rando, when you talk levels, do AH levels count in any substantial way seeing that the volume is usually low and only certain people can trade or is most TA formulated on the daily closes?
