So did they gift shares to Dr Green for covering the loss from '04-'05 period?

He was listed at 10% before all this buying so has anyone done the math lately?

Has anyone in the thread talked to Dr Green before I start getting on the phone to bend some ears?

Just curious because everything he's been doing over the last couple of months has piqued my curiosity.

had a strange dip down to .06 on no volume, hopefully some of you scooped up some shares!

watch for that break of .08, it will send us to .1 which is the next resistance!

Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (UDHI), a Company that operates and manages a network of Dentists throughout the United States who provide services to union members in exchange for an annual management fee, announced today with the filing of their 10-QSB to the Securities & Exchange Commission an increase in revenues for both the 3-months and 9-months ended Sept. 30, 2006.

For the three months ended September 30, 2006, the Company generated revenues of $506,950 compared to $416,617 for the three months ended September 30, 2005, an increase of $90,333 or 21.7%. For the nine months ended September 30, 2006, the Company generated revenues of $1,595,293 compared to $1,541,178 for the nine months ended September 30, 2005, an increase of $54,115 or 3.5%. In the Consolidated Statement of earnings for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2006, the Company reported a loss from operations of $ 327,074 and $589,808 respectively.




Dr. George D. Green, President and CEO of Union Dental, stated, "I am very pleased with the revenue growth experienced in both our third quarter and the 9 months ended Sept. 30th, 2006.
