All I have to say ladies and gentlemen is that it looks legit to me (i have seen similar agreements like this before in my practice) and the market will decide where the PPS stops on its way TO THE MOON!

From a rapid and approximated calculation the new book value should be around 20$, with a reset price of 40$.

Anyway I'm still trying to understand how this agreement with the Humanitarian Foundation goes.
