No. they are buying the bonds with convertibles, and have to option to buy them back at any time. they arent buying common shares.

Okey, I need to take some time to get up to speed, haven't been able to monitor today.
But prior to this, i saw the percentage gain, and thought, damn I wish I wasn't scared to flip with my free cash. Everytime it goes down, it bounces right back, perfect. I just worry if I'm too low or two high. I wonder if I'll get a good chance to add a few shares prior to any price upticking.

I don't think a price reset is needed. If the company has huge assets and low OS, how do you think the market will react? By the time we get the s-4 and price reset, it will only mean a few bucks give or take per share, IMHO of course.
