BGL - Bandera Gold - Page 6

lol...neither can afford lawyers???

Wrong again, Bandera lost the court case in Mexican Federal court on August 17, 2011. There is no longer any battle!!! Bandera wants to make it sound they are still in court so investors that are hanging on the last thread of hope don't get furious and pursue and file criminal actions against Bandera directors.

Wait.. what? Who does the vampire end up marrying?

Yes, Southridge has several lawyers that represent the company. Carrillo Huettel LLP of San Diego is one of them.

As far as Bandera gold I can't speak for them... however, I do know they hired a really cheap lawyer that works out of the ghetto in Guadalajara. Gerardo Rojas Pedraza was the lawyer for Bandera Gold that lost the case at the Supreme Court of Mexico. Look at pictures of Gerardo's office!!! Bandera had NO chance...hiring a lawyer that works out of his house in the SLUMS of Guadalajara Mexico... not a very wise decision. Sometimes you get what you pay for... well in Bandera's case they never PAID Gerardo... that's why he jumped ship.

Then there is Armando Quiebras who Bandera hired his law firm. No success with Armando either.... but Armando does LOVE the Bandera money!!! LOL

There is no evidence of the statements you make of SRGE or that George Barnett is behind that company. There is however an overwhelming amount of proof that Southridge Enterprises/Southridge Minerals/Southridge Mining/Southridge Gold Corporation owns and operates the Cinco Minas mine in mexico.

Your attempt to distract Bandera board readers from the truth by pushing the blame to another company is reckless behaviour. The discussion on this board is about Bandera Gold Ltd. so let's stick to that shall we? All the information I've posted earlier about Bandera Gold Ltd. (and much more to follow) is a clear indication that Bandera is not on the up-and-up with its investors or the authorities. Even a blind man (or a monk) can see that.

If you go back and review his post 73 take a good look at his explanation.  He is a liar caught in a trap by his own words. There is no action at Cinco Minas and the pictures from ihub prove it.

From IHUB

Lone Ranger2

His explanation is shot full of holes when the pictures from EarnestDD's posts are lined up. The picture of the truck in the staged SRGE picture is same picture they have had on their website from the beginning of the scam. If you look close the rock piles are clean in front and between no vegetation the current picture shows vegetation growing in front of and between the same piles proving that the pictures on the right are new. Track hoe picture is from 2007, to suggest otherwise is simply not true. The 'waste rock' piles are still there. He could get someone to post a picture but he won't because those rock piles are just in the same place right now as the pictures on the right.

This is proof that SRGE is not on site. Why not ask him to post a current picture?  If the mine was operating and those piles really were gone they would post a picture.

The author of this post is Lone Ranger of IHUB. It has already been proven that Lone Ranger is the brother of Bandera Gold director Russel Renneberg. Everything he posts is fabricated lies and has twisted the truth in oder to protect his brother from going to jail because of his many crimes they have both committed. The pictures on the left are OLD pictures from Nov 2007, right after Bandera Gold and Barnett's JV was dissolved. Few months past by and weeds grew.

Southridge took pictures with truck of these same waste dumps piles several years after Nov 2007. As you can see there are NO weeds. Waste dumps were removed and relocated and heavy machinery was brought in to break surface rock (picture far left). Like I said before Lone Ranger and EarnestDD of IHUB are simply trying hard to fabricate lies.

Explain the boulder on top of the cliff on the picture with the track hoe.  Why is it not in the other pictures? And why are their shrubs growing there in  the new pictures where the boulder was?

BUSTED

Go ahead show us a new picture of the same area.  Send a picture of the CEO Michael Davies while you are at it!  Tug at one thread and the whole lie comes unraveled.

Hey pete still waiting for that Skype conversation. What's wrong phone broke? lol

You're argument is based on weeds and shrubs ONLY! LOL

Maybe Armando Quiebras can help you out with getting you a weed whacker!

What about the boulder?  Did Wile E Coyote put it up there to crush the Roadrunner?  Post a new picture, go ahead.

What I really enjoy to see is how Bandera and it's team of online bashers are squirming and making up stories about rocks and weeds. They know they have lost the court case in August 17, 2011. Nothing can be done about that, its GAME OVER for Bandera Gold!

No it's game over for you! Post the new pictures or blow away.

Don't change the subject post that picture.

I see nothing on SRGE's website about anything regarding any legal battles, yet BGL has a detailed timeline of all legal setbacks and seems quite truthful.

Sorry Peteshorts, but your pictures mean little to nothing... Anybody can drive a pickup or 400 excavator out to a remote mine and place it for a picture... likewise with the 2-3 workers "placing dynomite".

All the Bandera pictures on their site have actual employees, working, on their property.

SRGE is a scam.

Here is a link to the full 36 page court document that shows clearly that Bandera Gold has lost!
