From what I've read about this pHarlo product, it appears to be a breakthrough.
For a penny stock, the company seems to be more than just transparent.
Approvals are in place for marketing.
What is the problem here ?

I noticed on the yahoo board, they figure a buyout is possible. Pure spec , I know.................but.

Today TKER is in a better position than in spring. Long term chart is even better than in spring. My first target is 60cents, then dollarland.

Bullish Deliberation formation will most probably develop today if the price ends between .147-.152, which is implicative of a reversal during Monday of the subsequent week.
