hmmm have seen similar posts by him b/f.. and for what this is worth and imo this is part of the problem with these threads b/c you have folks that are excited and believe in the stock and they are called pumpers and then you get some that are skeptics and/or don't know enough about the stock who ask questions or make statements that are contrary to those that are excited and they are labled bashers...

I have been approved to release this.

First off, they have been trying to resolve the cusip number for the post merged company. As it turned out if they used the cusip for fhal post merger it may have caused delays and problems for the current cvsu or fhal share holders.

So they have asked for and received a new cusip number and are simply awaiting the nasd to assign a new ticker symbol so that the merger can be finalized. It is supposed to be the first thing handled at nasd in the morning.

The biggest delay thus far has been dealing with standard and poors convincing them a new cusip was in all shareholders best interest. This would have already have been a done deal if not for them, and that has now been resolved. Thank you S&P

The new cusip will be:
CUSIP NUMBER: 35904V 10 4
ISIN NUMBER.: US35904V1044

The temporary ticker symbol will be fhal post merger, and will eventually be converted into their permanent symbol of 3 that are available. CVSI, or CVSO, or CVSL. That could happen as early as tomorrow, but is of no significance to us as it will be done electronically.

you will find Fronthauls "new cusip" status by going to http://www.cusip.com/ and check the scrolling text at the bottom of the browser itself (the browser, not the webpage).

Yes folks this is the real deal.
Don't go bringing logic into this.
