Financials for last year are out. Still looks like a clean shell with a very low market cap (270K$) and very low debts (50K): to get control of this shell and pay all the debts you'd only need 200K$.

If a reverse merger do happen... at 1$ this has a 27M$ market cap, and that would not be too unrealistic! For instance USSE at some point reached a near to 1B$ market cap!
