picked up my short just in time. up 30 pips right now. I plan on holding this through the night with a target around 1.3240

Buying at 1.3290 for a very short term pop.

Its a good thing your doing the demo this thing is moving down a lot faster than I thought. I dont mind though! 20 pips away from my target

and about playing the ups and downs...I blew up my first two accounts doing that. I now play between 30-100 pip moves instead of 5-15. Everyone has their own strategy though so use the demo to find what you like best.

lol, I'm just going to stop posting I think until I stop sounding like an idiot! Whether I'm buying or shorting, in my mind it's buying, and then I sell when I've already "sold" and.... yeah.... Definitely going to play with my demo account for a month. I'm doing very well but would definitely be doing better, need to break the habits of trading stocks and realize this is a new chapter..

Appears to be holding up at the S1 level a couple pips above my stop tho

Im amazed how fast this is falling. Especially with like 5 or 6 countries closed for holidays today. I figured there wouldnt be much movement, guess i was wrong

Just sold half for a 90 pip profit in about an hour

now the question is will it hold the support around 3220?

Yeah I broke pretty much every rule I've tried to set the past few months in that trade haha

I seem to have my most success trying to catch 10 or so pip moves between 5 p.m. and 8 pm and then 11 pm til 1:30 am eastern
Then after 2 if I'm still up I'll go for whatever bigger move appears to be happening.

Anyone know where I can find historical prices on the eur/usd? I would like run some more tests on activity.

And pretty much all the other pairs have the same peak hours except for the huge spike at 4 p.m. which just seems to be a EUR thing

Short 1.32265 and going to bed, i'm sure I wouldn't do that with REAL money, lol, but up $1200 at the moment and longterm, I think the Euro is going to decline.

Bed kind of disappears from your vocabulary when you start doing forex its more like naps so you dont miss out on big moves in europe! speaking of which, im about due for my first nap of the night

Oh well, who needs sleep if you can make money right?!
