I'm thinking someone saw a bogus news report about denial?? Who knows, that's a lot of money going to people who were already a lot richer than whomever got stopped out on this. Yikes.

bear raid. -_- a lot of people got stopped out.. hopefully this a sign that it got approval. I see no reason why they'd want to steal all these shares.

what if somebody *had a hunch* something bad was going to happen, dumped their massive amount of shares, and all the retail investors assumed it was a bear raid for cheap shares and then bought it all up back to 11.xx? could still mean bad news looms ahead.

im assuming news AH today at this point.

"THIS IS IMPORTANT. I just got off the phone with Bill Hodges, who is the CFO. He assured me the FDA had NOT rendered a decision and it would most likely be at the end of the day if they do. POZN will issue a PR sometime after they receive the decision although it could be later than today.

Hodges contacted NASDAQ Market Watch (800 537 3929) to report the manipulation of the stock. They have been flooded with phone calls. Their IR person has been instructed not to speak to anyone. I had her on the phone for 5 hideous minutes.

This is clearly market manipulation and fraud. I lost a huge amount of my position even though I had just canceled my stop market orders per recos from this board. No one knew this was coming. But I cannot be the only one who thought the approval was denied and therefore the stock tanked. Fortunately I didn't sell at the very bottom - but the loss is substantial.

Hodges was cordial and apologetic and knows there was foul play. Now it's up to the SEC and NASDAQ to attend to this."
