I thinking of keeping mines overnight and try to sell before earnings. Although the estimates show okay earnings.

big selling off of the high

Up big, after sales and revenue income declined over $5bn (44%) from 2008... though I think that analysts are still fleecing investors with their lowered expectations.

This will be my number 1 short stock when the market turns red - though it's a great stock to trade options on; short term with tight stops.

TRADE LESSON: CATCH THE INTRA-DAY GAP FADE

Watch for stocks that have had a multi-day rally. It is important that they are very extended from the 60 minute 20 moving average. Look for a strong gap higher to start the day into a past resistance level or a whole round number. Then enter a short position with a tight stop. Once the trade is in the money you should cover half and move the stop into the money or break even and look to cover the rest at the next support level. This trade occurs every trading day.

60 incoming
Still looking for my break of 60 might get it today though.
Im looking/waiting for a breakout or break of trend. This tight range its going into is building some pressure.
and that resistance line can go back like 2 years if i remember right.

L2 at 60 is just brutal.

Here I've been trying to find a spot to unload some calls all afternoon, but with this powerful finish, I'm going to risk holding them over the weekend. Great close for CAT, very bullish going into expiration week.
surprisingly, CAT broke the 60 resistance and hit 52 weeks high on apparently no news

CAT is going adren today, haha

Pisses me off just a little bit that I sold my calls at 10 this morning. Still made bank, but I'd be about 400% by now if I held.

its really a surprising trade, shoulda paid more attention when people brought this up on friday, no housing report or any news, simply pumped up by heavy volume and shot thru resistance

Saw your post on Friday after market closed & was going to buy Jan Calls this morning, but forgot to put it on my watchlist. Good trade for you though

Diped down to my support line at 61.10
Came within 8 cents and reversed at 61.18.
should have been watching this a little closer today.
