It looks like they increased the Authorized Stock by 150 million.

Where are you reading that at in the 10Q?

Not a great thing but probably necessary to fund operations.

Definetly some dilution occuring here. Again though all depends on if/when we hear of the permit approval. In the meantime this will probably bounce between .50-.60.

In the filing it says Managment expects it to be early 2007.

The only thing i dont like is the revenues and expenses. I guess its very difficult to grow in their current businesses while they plan for their future.

BUT that still isn't a good excuse for a publicly traded company.




DID anyone read if they will increase authorized shares like they did this quarter or should we expect them to?

i thought the o/s increase was good becasue it would fund operations for this to take off....also heard that november is the possible other permit approval

The 10q states Jan '07 for storage.

Then they're filing the FERC report in the third quarter, and then we'll have to wait for that one too.

i heard that from someone last month, so could be wrong now......i sold some today for a loss, but it's ok with me since i';ve made bank on others......i think this might see a dip into the lower 50's sometime.

Picked up some shares here today at .55 Feels like it wants move back up a little.

Only 1% of total shares outstanding are shorted anyway in this stock. Not really that big of a deal.

MM manipulation is another story.

I think we'll see a pause in the .60s

that answer of yours may or may not be correct....there has been speculation for years that a huge naked short position exists in this stock

Anyway, October 18th or around there tidelands will be in a symposium. Looking for some kind of news coming up then.

I started buying this again today......

OK, heres what we know, approval for the pipeline permit in Mexico came in June 2006 and was filed march of 2005. Permit filing for HUGE underground facility (largest in world) was filed 3-4 months later in 2005, so approval for that could come anytime based on using same timeline. That happens and it triples MINIMUM.

Dont forget that just on the pipeline permit approval it more than doubled, and thats nothing compared to what we have coming.
