Audited Reserves
(To me this is factual)
The company as of December 31, 2005 had a NPV of $1,427,067 in
estimated net remaining proved undeveloped reserves of 576,192
barrels valued at $40.00 per barrel.
576,192x 40$ per barrel.= 23,000,000 $
576,192x 55$ per barrel.= 31,690,000 $
576,192x 65$ per barrel.= 37,450,000 $
576,192x72$ per barrel. = 41,400,000 $
40$ i think is under. Ill use 55$ although It even might be more. Considering current market prices at 70$. Reserves as of 31, DEC , 05 in the range of
23,000,000-41,400,000 $.
Oil prices are definitly rising, "overall replacement oil percentage has fallen since 2001 from 128% to 87%"- The Economist-. Bolivia, Venezuela and Rusia are tighthening their policies. Shell proven reserves fell about a third last year, Repsol also reported a fall early this year. Tensions concerning Iran, Iraq, Nigeria and Venezuela are making presure in the future markets. Hurracaine season is coming soon and the production in the Gulf of Mexico is still not in its normal capacity.
Reserves 23,000,000-41,400,000 $
Outstanding Shares: 322,720,011
Reserves Book value as of dec 05 = 0.07-0,12 $ per share.
The current 0.10 $ price, is totally backed up by the already proven and audited reserves as of dec 05. If today News are factual and have some prove, imagine that 45$-55$-60$ being multiplied by 900 million. 900 million is way over, but imagine a 200 million which is actually almost a sixth of their estimates, you could be talking about a 2$ billion company. And we could still asume a 5 dollars per share in a medium to long term. If this news are not real at least the already proven reserves gives the company some potentiallity to grow but definetly not over the 1$. The risks of investment here are not big I you invest between the 0.001- 0.25 to my criteria. Although I see definitily some grow in this share, because of oil speculation, potential grow and momentum excitement. And even more if todays news get some kind of back up, this share is a big runner like ndol. but patience it takes time.
