IMDS

How come everyone is so sure that this will go up next week???....either way, I picked up 21500 shares @ .185 ($4000 USD) Friday, hope your right . Accually, a physics tutor of mine at the University of Saskatchewan was doing an exact thesis for this technology except for finding cancer in the lung tissue. This stock will fly huge eventually since they own all the patents and lasers/3-D models on DVD are replacing x-rays (though this is used in conjunct...for now).

How is diluting with 20 million more shares a great sign of a move up, i don't get it....?

because they are going to move up the price to get rid of the shares. they need to spark buying interest and that means they are not going to move it down to get people to buy.

I can see the company issuing PR"s to accomplish this, not the MM's. MM's have no reason to, however i see companys do this all the time.

I thought diluting shares was bad for a company since they accumulate more debt, and shares loose their value the more they put out???

of course its bad but..... OK lets get something straight. How would a stock sell its shares? by bringing it up or down?? obviously they bring it up, whether its a fake or its the real thing. they still bring it up to sell shares to a rising share price and sell the rest on the way down.

ACHI went from .046 to .094 from s8 dilution. i know what im talking about.
