This company has so much going on its confusing to keep up with it all, but it does all sound good I
will say that.From the bird flu to better fuel and air quality to refridgeration savings.They have a lot in the works and it looks promising with good advertisement to boot.

watch out puppman, you keep mentioning a stock picking site and that is a no, no, moderators will be on you for that. also fwiw the site looks pretty lame anyway so i don't think any volume is coming from that.

yes this company has two very high profile products for two serious economic and physical major concerns, oil and birdflu

this will keep flying ( no pun intended) and probably see .07 or more next week alone imo

Sorry EBoy didn't know that was one of the rules.(Use to IHub) By the way its a free site. They don't charge and in fact I don't even think profiled companies even know that they're on it.

Here's the article from that site, showing insider buys as well, which is a nice thing.......Maverick has a stock God rating and he says this is looking to go higher next week.....I agree.....with 10 million dollars in the budget, I bet the announce the will be approaching some big chains like Walmart and K-Mart with their product.......I think a product of their's has alot of government documention backing it up compared to their compeditors and out doing them........there's so much to this one......I feel bad now that I sold some of my shares of this.......I thnik this one goes higher next week......there will be dips along the way, but this is beyond the hyped up "research stock"......they are moving product and that my friends is the very root of fundamentals......I love this stock!

I have a question about the 1 restricted shares of the new holding company for every 20 shares of XLPI we own. Being restricted, what does that entail? After one year are they the same as common stock and can be traded through my online broker?

weatherbill, you confuse me. you start the thread say this has tons of potential, which i agree and say you are looking forward to next week but you pick xlpi in the potw as a short? even if you think it goes up mon, tues and than profit taking comes in there are a million tiny pennies to short....just curious, later

Yes, with any big rise, there will come a fall....how much this falls is anyone's guess and when it falls is anyone's guess......so keep a close watch on this monday and tuesday.......there will be a pull back at some point,......that's a given.....and earlier in this thread I did say to take some profits when you can.... I can only hope this goes to .06-.07, but maybe monday it will drop to
.03 and then go to .06.........ahhhhh, the world of pennies, you just never know.

After a year you have to mail something in to the T/A I believe releasing them and then you can sell through a broker. Thats how I understand it anyway.

So does that mean we can't sell our current shares? I don't understand when we are going to "get these restricted shares" and how this will inpact if or when we trade these shares.

So if you have 10000 shares, you will get 500 "restricted shares" of the new holding company for free???? If so....when are they sending the shares

I could care less about the restricted shares. The only thing the restricted shares are to me, is another draw for people to buy this, sending the price up, with the ultimate goal for me to cash out when it does stir up further buying come near the divy day.........Once a run is over, I'm looking for the enxt one, but with a divy day coming, it is nice to keep folks in this and the PPS up.

When is the ex-date? and when did you have to have bought your shares to apply?
