Oh, I see. You're one of those CMKX fanatics that refuses to see the truth.
Baloney. CMKX did not voluntarily de-list. They fought the SEC's initial administrative hearing on de-listing their stock all the way. I know because I followed CMKX daily almost from their birth. I don't know where you got your information but you are totally wrong about this.
Once the decision went against them, they notified the SEC they wouldn't appeal the decision. That was voluntary on CMKX's part, but only because they knew they were not gonna win on an appeal. Within a week or so after they stated they would not appeal, they were taken off the market by the SEC.
Come on now, why would CMKX voluntarily de-list? There is no logical rationale for any company to do that. In all my years in the markets, I have never seen or even heard of a company volunteering to have their company's stock taken off the markets, not even a pink.
CMKX has indeed gone away, except in the minds of CMKX fanatics.
Yes, they are still a company but they are not doing any business and the stock is not traded.
How do you short a stock that spent most of its life at .0001-.0002? It's a fact the company inflated its O/S to 800 billion shares. I was talking in my previous post about one and possibly two brokers that were selling un-registered shares, not naked shorting the stock. To my knowledge, no charges have even been brought against any brokers naked shorting the stock. I know, it was a huge conspiracy against CMKX.
I imagine there will still be some of you guys still hanging on ten years from now.

If CMKX was such a scam, why hasn't it gone away over the last 6 years? They still have the rights and property for mining in Canada. I guess time will tell....
