I_am_so_siri,

You can't buy it. The SEC shut CMKX down permanently from trading. It defunct now, plus one broker and possibly a second one were caught selling unregistered sales.

There are still some folks however who believe CMKX will rise from the ashes.

CMKX is another one of those "unbelievable" stories like CSHD.

Gaupo-you are so missinformed. CMKX filed for voluntary delisting, and proved naked shorting-up to 3X the authorized amount. CMKX completed a certificate pull proving this. There were multiple brokers who shorted this stock.
If CMKX was such a scam, why hasn't it gone away over the last 6 years? They still have the rights and property for mining in Canada. I guess time will tell....

ah so cmkx is a bit of a drama queen.

i just figured i would let you guys know about the head quarters. these .pk's are easily busted through google maps sometimes. i guess that building could be a office for them but if they claim to have any assets worth over maybe 10-20m then thats very fishy. one .pk claimed to be a bioscience company and google maps proved it to be a cafe. also the old headquarters of cmgr is actually a law office that has been in that building for years.

BobGeo,

Oh, I see. You're one of those CMKX fanatics that refuses to see the truth.

Baloney. CMKX did not voluntarily de-list. They fought the SEC's initial administrative hearing on de-listing their stock all the way. I know because I followed CMKX daily almost from their birth. I don't know where you got your information but you are totally wrong about this.

Once the decision went against them, they notified the SEC they wouldn't appeal the decision. That was voluntary on CMKX's part, but only because they knew they were not gonna win on an appeal. Within a week or so after they stated they would not appeal, they were taken off the market by the SEC.

Come on now, why would CMKX voluntarily de-list? There is no logical rationale for any company to do that. In all my years in the markets, I have never seen or even heard of a company volunteering to have their company's stock taken off the markets, not even a pink.

CMKX has indeed gone away, except in the minds of CMKX fanatics.

Yes, they are still a company but they are not doing any business and the stock is not traded.

Right!!! How do you short a stock that spent most of its life at .0001-.0002? It's a fact the company inflated its O/S to 800 billion shares. I was talking in my previous post about one and possibly two brokers that were selling un-registered shares, not naked shorting the stock. To my knowledge, no charges have even been brought against any brokers naked shorting the stock. I know, it was a huge conspiracy against CMKX.

I imagine there will still be some of you guys still hanging on ten years from now.

BobGeo,

I see where you are coming from. You have (had) 27 million shares. If you bought all of them at .0001, that means you have only 2700 bucks worth of skin in the game. It's not worth all the frustration and agony hanging on, hoping and praying CMKX will rise from the ashes; and that you'll get your money back.

Give it up and move on. CMKX is dead and you aren't gonna recover any of your cash. $2700 isn't all that much. I know a few guys that lost between $50,000 - $100,000 on CMKX. A friend of mine took out a second mortgage on his house and sunk it all into CMKX stock. He almost lost his house and his wife, when she found out what he had done.

Yes, I remember when the Green Baron stated CMKX was the "...stock play of a lifetime." People went nuts over the stock when they issued that statement. Did you know the Green Baron was paid by CMKX to promote the stock? Probably not.

So write-off the $2700 and move on.

Many on this forum bought CMKX 4-6 years ago when it was touted by Green Barons as the stock play of a lifetime. I purchased 27 million shares. I'm hoping to hear something positive on Monday Jan 4, 2010. Is anyone else looking forward to this or has everyone abandoned it??
