the more i look into this the better i like it. they have not diluted or increased shares in many years. this is from thier latest filing

i got in at .004 yesturday. was hard to get filled and only a partial fill.  with a float this low it is hard to buy. not sure how hard it will be to sell however thier is lots of rummors starting to go around so wouldn't be surprised if thier is a pr next week and all stocks easy to sell when they get the volume. if thier is news that is when i will sell. its a stinky pinky so buy on rumors and sell on the news. i think this is the first penny i have looked at that hasnt been diluting with this small as/ os and float.

me either. plan on only getting what they are showing available on the ask. i put in for 250,000 shares and got a little over 100k and refused to chase it for more. i figure it a good fun flipper. i dont know what they do either and really dont care. all i looked for was dilution, authorized share count, float, rumors and of course chart. all added up to a good sub penny play. not a holder. make some green and smile stock

lol i will in a few days. float is real low and not alot of volume. if no dilution it will do a nice steady climb. it gets the volume its gonna fly. not much doubt in my mind

had another good day yesturday. chart says a little over sold which would concern me if it had any volume however its been only trading 10 to 20 thousand dollars in shares a day since the run began. lots of flipping opertunites and i think we have not seen what is possible here yet

weak day...chart still looks like recent highs from last thurs intraday and yest may have been it...looking more like a top every day to me ( .006 area) we shall see tho wink.gif
looks to me like it needs to clean up some and get to .002-.003 just a matter of how soon it gets there

Stop sign for USEI is off today on otcmarkets (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/USEI/quote), and letter from attorney just outtttt, all looks good to increase hugely the PPs, today last @ 0.0054, up 20 %.
