This might be great tech for the Trucking companies, but as a truck driver myself this shit is the biggest pile of crap to come along.

They want to watch you every second of the day. Soon you will not be able to take a crap with out some one watching you.

The contract calls for installation of the TransTRAK(tm) device in all existing Alto trucks and monitoring services for those devices. Of keen interest to Alto is the TransTRAK functional capability to monitor and control the ``pump on/pump off'' feature in each truck. Through this capability, Alto will not only be able to monitor time, location, speed and distance of its vehicles on a real-time basis, it will also be able to monitor ``route time'' required to fill each customer's tank. This will allow Alto to increase route productivity and maximize their route efficiencies.

Larry Lapaglia, Director of Agent Programs for PlanetTRAKS, stated, ``Alto is our first excursion into Michigan as the result of one of our new Agents. The Agent intends to utilize Alto as a testimonial to spring-board into this very large liquid propane gas market in the northern part of the country.''
