Great post from another board
What's in a NR?

"Plexmar has been notified by Ucucha that exploration can resume in May."
Exploration can resume, positive.
"Plexmar has its technical team ready for an imminent return on the project."
Imminent return tends to imply not to distant future.
"Ucucha will notify Plexmar as soon as the communities' permission to bring equipment such as the geophysical contractor's equipment and small diamond drilling rigs is obtained."
It almost sounds like a conclusive statement, in that permission will be obtained.
"Ucucha will notify Plexmar as soon as the communities' permission to bring equipment such as the geophysical contractor's equipment and small diamond drilling rigs is obtained."
More than one rig, PLE management knows this project's scope is huge
"However, geologists will be back in the field this month. They will pursue the on-going sampling program and get ready for the continuation of the ground geophysical program."
PLE seems confident that ground geophysical data will be able to be obtained, meaning community consent is within reach.
"Ucucha reported to Plexmar that, since January, a lot of progress was made towards the commercialization of ore and obtaining the acceptation to start the drilling program."
Not some progress, a "lot" of progress was made, over the hump in my book.
"Ucucha has purchased a 300 hectare piece of land, north of Piura, to accommodate its future processing plant. The land was chosen for its proximity to the gold producing areas and accommodations while located in a desert environment away from agricultural areas."
You do not buy 300 hectares of land on a whim of acceptance, notice that there is more than one producing area, Ucucha no doubt has locked up all available lands in proximity to PLE, this is the start of a mining "district". The land size for the plant also implies large scale development plans, meaning there is preliminary evidence to support it.
"In order to process the ore until the local plant is ready, an increase in milling capacity was required at Ucucha's plant located near Nazca, in southern Peru. Capacity was increased from 150 tpd to approximately 400 tpd, two 20 ft. diameter leaching tanks were built and a ball mill circuit was installed."
Almost a 200% increase in capacity, they know something we don't, not yet although much can be implied.
"Following plant modifications, Ucucha reported the purchases of gold bearing material from Plexmar's and adjoining concessions at a steadier rate. In the past two weeks, over 125 tons of waste material was bought from miners stockpiles grading 0,8 ounces per ton. Over 75 tons of hard rock material was also bought with an average of 4,5 ounces of gold per ton."
These grades are ridiculous, in fact a couple weeks ago I spoke with a prominant newsletter writer, he had not seen the release when I conveyed the insitu results, he said "4.5 oz. from 75 tons" , no I said, 4.5 oz. per ton, silence, enough said. Tailings (0.8 oz/ton) grading higher than most primary feeds, mind boggling to say the least. Once again notice that these results span an area which I will refer to as a new mining "district". The ore appears to be prolific and not localized.
"In the coming weeks, gold bearing material purchases will ramp up to an average of 70 tons per day."
70 tons, only a fraction of the increased 250 ton capacity, ore being shipped great distances, get the picture. Once community approval is obtained this project is going to ramp up big time, PLE is going to be the flavour of the day in a red hot junior gold exploration sector.
What's in a NR? The shaping up of what is going to be the best gold exploration project bar none, well worth the wait and more.
