once again:
tomarrow there will undoubtedly be a big selloff in the AM. well, im going to be right there putting in about 20 grand when it hits a bottom in the morning. then, there will be a PR coming out, or this rumor will die, and the pps will BOUNCE right back up to .008ish....and even might spark a nice little rally back into penny land. if you want to sell, go ahead, and in a couple days you will kick yourself for not waiting. its up to you. im just letting you guys know. OR, you can wait till about 10 AM tomarrow, and pick up as many shares as you can, and if it gets low enough make a easy double or triple in a couple days. its up to you. believe me or not. and to my credibility: i am an investor. I hold stocks from a couple months to a year. i dont go on boards everyday and read every single persons oppinion. neither do i post. however after what came up today, i felt obligated to come out and share with you what i know. you can go ahead and believe me, or not. its up to you, i dont mind.

and as someone mentioned earlier. if you do decide to sell at say .005 tomarrow morning, there will be someone on the other side picking those shares right up, who is convinced the price is going back up. so dont make a mistake and lose thousands in one AM on a bs rumor. but like i said, its all up to you.

read that from yesturday, looks like i was ON THE MONEY... hehe... but anyways, my last thought, coming from an experienced trader:

my thought on this.... i made about 10 grand this morning off the bounce, which was smaller than expected. it was unfortunate that stefan actually answered emails last night, because this would have fallen a lot harder and seen a bigger bounce up to 8 today.

but anyways, im out of this stock. its being manipulated by MM's, and you dont want to be in a stock like that. its on the reg/sho list, thats a bad thing, theyre not going to want to let the price go up. if any of you guys STILL (doesnt look good anymore) want to go long in the company, dont put everything you got into it. 30% of ur total trading money at MOST.

1.) manipulated by MM's, being naked shorted
2.) big float. its hard to move this stock as compared to something like CLBE with 1/10 the float of this. and theyre also diluting, which is VERY bad.
3.) the company actually MIGHT BE GOOD, however, come to ur senses for a minute. they sell food wrap....

u can go long, but i personaly would only flip it, like what happeend today, but its up to you, and i could totally be wrong. im not trying to bash, im just helping you see the whole picture.

sorry. guys, do what YOU think is right. you can decide to buy or sell on your own, its up to you. im just telling you what i know, and what i plan on doing.

BOBBY, It looks like you want to buy on a dip and sell on a spike or maybe follow the techical bounce that is to come, BUT if you have insider info and know a PR is coming and it comes tonight or before close then why would u say there is still going to be a huge sell off in the AM if the CEO deounces the RUMOR?????

There sure were a lot of buyers picking up all the those shares that got dumped EOD. It seems to me that if the rumor was true then no one would want to buy...only sell but what do I know I'm newbie. I do know that no matter how great a person you may be, with this sort of news at your finger tips, you would sell before posting something of this magnitude and have a chance of being left holding the bag (not pointing fingers, just in general)...if there is anyone that says they would, I would certainly like to meet them because that would be the best person I would ever have a chance of meeting. I did however want to verify before I sold. So far, after 50million pages of posts, I still don't think anyone has had 100% verification that this is true.

I've watched this board for awhile and everyone who posted seemed to be very pleased with product being offered...has that changed?? No, I don't want to watch it go down but I also don't want to kick myself later for not holding it. Thats me...I'm not a daytrader. I actual believe they have a very marketable product. If they didn't why would you have bought in the first place.

Hell I'm late on my taxes all the time. so what!!! I still pay them.

There...I feel much better now.

i stopped watching this ever since i got out last week . the signs where there when it failed to build over .014 ... then another warning signal when it cracked .01 and dropped ..
but i will watch it tomorow ... there may be opportunity to make money on it tomorow and friday

i want to formally aplogize for the way I posted my thoughts on the last thread...

Questsolver - Im sorry, I was not bashing your picks

Just stating my claim, as to my own actions I take full responsibility for all my trades..

Good luck to all.. Im out of this right now, but whether rumor or not I will be buying Diaaf again at bottom, because I like the product, and think it may be the future...

Seriously, tomorrow should be very interesting. I sold off just before EOD, and also wondered why someone was buying. Surely the MMs would know if DIAAF was in trouble and wouldn't buy. But, I may get back in after the morning rotation and see what's going on with the PPS. If everybody that sold does the same thing, there should definitely be a bounce......

I agree with Meggamaxx. Things got out of hand and I got very emotional. I know I posted a lot, but I was only questioning, not bashing!

Quest and Bobby I apologize to you guys.

BTW, SHOWTIME, I got an "Alert" from HSM, who sent that to me?

I never bashed Quest but question the way it was handled. Understanding the heat of the moment and all and maybe I would have done the same thing but I do know I would have sold my shares first!!!Laughing My understanding is he didn't.??

If anything, this stock is getting out of hand. I just saw today's action, and am truely disappointed, especially with all the interest shown in the stock.
That also got me thinking about why we are interested in it. Is it Quest's constant praising? who knows

Do you realize that we need to gain 50%+ to get back to where we were? I'm hoping for a PR, but why should I be? The last time a "reliable source" said a PR was coming, it didn't....

if MM's were short (and we know they were)then yes they would buy to cover even on bad news,I don't doubt that this gets a technical bounce at least but you have to ask yourself some important questions...if you were the CEO of this company wouldn't you be running to the wires ASAP to post a PR stating all this was false? Stefan must know if he paid the corp taxes don't ya think?Since they are a split listing the criteria from one will effect the other.If there is no PR at least before open tomorrow after every share holder on the planet has called the company then something obviously is not right.

as for those who were upset and said some bad things believe me I totally understand and its water under the bridge,you must understand I had very little time to make an important decision and I did what I thought was in the best interest of all the investors here.If I am proven wrong and hopefully I am then so be it,but in this case with the pennies I knew the safest way was to get out ASAP and eat a small loss for now rather then holding hopes and possibly taking a total loss,its better to chase on great news then to hold hoping.

im sittin here with my girl "Heine", well thats just what I call her for short... You all my know her friends by Heineken.. we were just pondering on tommorrow's outcome..... I see alot of red in the AM in PM however we see alot of green.... well if this stock isnt green my "Heine" always is green so that will make me feel much better.

ok ok...... serious time now!

I want to make a statement... HSM is awesome, one of the best things thnat may have ever happen to me reguardless of how I am feeling right now... One think I don't like about this is the sabatoaging of other members here...

I remember a post by Quest not long ago about why the 10q was late...if I'm not mistaken, he said because of a change in accounts due to previous accounting firm had questionable accounting practices?? That certianly could be reason for not paying tax on time. Just wondering if that could be some of the problem (rumor)?
