Just great, so I'll wait for Windows 9. There should be a way to go back to 7. Right? Please say there is.

Which device do you have?

If it's a regular laptop or something similar then it's probably easily done.

Not sure if that helps

It's a new Toshiba 2.7GHz. It's great and runs my ToS programs with ease but there are so many problems with Windows 8. The swipe screen is a major screw up. Things like Skype have to load through Windows now and you almost have 0 control over it. What a mess.

So many problems? I am yet to find one glitch and I think I have been using it non stop since it came out. Not that it's any different in major architecture structure than 7.. You sure it's not related to what ever product you are using it on?.......

Explain this further and maybe I can help you. I have 0 problems.

What is your closing price for yesterday? The candle doesn't look right if I remember correctly. My charts for AAPL are still messed up too since that bad tick yesterday.

Well, I guess I'm short for the next few trading days at least.  The short signal I posted earlier in the morning got confirmed for SPY and also a bunch of other ETFs.  Could always be wrong though - we'll see. :)

Yeah. Earlier it was showing AAPL down like 6% from yesterday's close. They fixed today's, but yesterday's is still messed up.

Just looking at Yahoo quotes for AAPL.

Jives with my TOS as far as I can tell.

Then I'm also running whole different platform than most of you.... unless you got TOS running on Ubuntu Linux.

Yeah you should not have a problem installing windows 7. In fact, you should probably install windows & and keep windows 8. Make it dual boot.

Do you have a copy of windows 7?

It's a new system. It's bound to have a bunch of problems for somebody even if it has 0 problems for others.

I'm pretty sure he means that Skype is not accessible through the tile view

Just like every other scientific theory out there, time will tell the truth about the validity of it. Anyone can say anything on the internet.

You're correct about the tile view. I have run dual boot ups before and I really don't want to go that route but I may have to. Anyone that says they started using it and never had a problem ..................... Thanks. thumbup.gif
