Hobbies: Fast cars, international travel, and fitness (mountain biking/lifting weights). With my full time job, I can't travel as much as I'd like, so I tinker with cars in most of my spare time. I currently drive a Nissan 350Z, and I have a POS Mustang GT as a toy to take to the track.

Reason in the Market: I'm sick and tired of the rat race, and I want out. On a whim, I opened an etrade account four months ago (just to make a few extra bucks a month), and I quickly relaized the potential of investing. So far I've done well...I've made some newbie mistakes along the way, but overall, I am kicking myself for not doing this earlier. I hope to be out of the corporate world within 1-2 years and making a living as a swing trader. FREEDOM!! 8)

My friends call me Kris (I won't take up your time with what else I've been called).
Location : I call Yuma Arizona home now after spending several years touring most of the continental US. I started out from NJ and never looked back.

Occupation : currently I'm making Native American crafts and selling them online and at craft shows. I've been a farmworker to a casino dept manager and a variety of things in between.

Family/Marital Status : I've tried mariage twice and have finally figured out it wasn't meant for me.

Reason in the Market : ahh the maket. I should be able to come up with some elaborate story, but in reality, my onlne girlfriend got into t a few months ago and started asking me questions about it(she thinks I know everything) so I started researching to answer her questions. the more I learned the more convinced I became that it was a potential money maker. so here I am . 8)

As far as my username, I figured it fit my goal in life pretty good.
And I'd like to add that overall the people here are great and very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to my new education.

I guess I don't really have a life though at the moment.

Reason in the Market : as of now... to make a living, and hopefully to pay for nice home/condo within the next year in cash. I really enjoy keeping up with everything that goes on at anytime with any of the companies I am investing in. It's a nice feeling to see a PR issued for a stock you are holding (unless it's bad).

I don't think I would be in the market if it wasn't for this board and I enjoy reading it several 100 times a day.
