*Let me rephrase that.  Monday could very well be a green day but I'm looking to build a short position on Monday for a down leg of $3-$5 down run on the SPY.  I guess we'll find out next week.  Not enough upside between now and Friday to go long IMO.  Expiration is a big factor in my decision but also because I believe in Monday being a reversal day.

How high is S&P going?

Wow. This is every bit as true as was Goldman's proclamation that we should all get really short when we were at 1280 not too long ago. Well, maybe not quite as true, but getting close. By the time we test 1380-1400, it will be every bit as true. #DUMBFOUNDED

Reversal from what? Are we in a uptrend or downtrend and nobody told me? How do you reverse choppiness?

Somebody call their boys at Goldman's to make AAPL do something.  This chop is intolerable to watch.

A lot of earnings this week could move AAPL. Tonight: Intel. Later Google, Qualcomm, etc. I'm expecting to see some upside this week, but been pretty tame so far. Wouldn't be shocked if the bigger movements were after hours or EOD rallies.

Sideways action since lunch, nobody taking any big bets going higher here?

Breaking out of the bullish consolodation i wonder if we get a squeeze into the close..I guess it dependson how many traders took short positions after the Bernank..

Bernank: Things are looking bad!

Traders: ...soooo you are saying we should be buying...? *wink wink

We're trying to break through that wedge on the daily here. A close above 135.75 would be pretty damn bullish!

Good, it better go higher, I want to see a buying panic.
