From ZeroHedge:

  • FRANCE TO HAVE NEW TAX RATE OF 45% FOR WEALTHY
  • FRANCE TO TAX INCOME OF MORE THAN EU1 MLN AT 75%, AYRAULT SAYS
  • FRANCE TO TAX CAPITAL INCOME AT SAME LEVEL AS WAGES
  • FRANCE TO RAISE TAXES FOR LARGE COMPANIES, BANKS, OIL FIRMS

I do think we could see 1406 on the S&P before this run is over..Look for ECB cut rates on Thursday and Fridays jobs number could surprise not that it will be accurate but we are getting close to a big election if you know what i mean...

1400? No way we crack 1400... These bulls here are setting up for disappointment sooner than later.

The idea here is to ramp up the market and get all the bulls into "Oh my God! I missed the new rally! I better buy now!" mode.
