Hi there.
After my cousin (Finance Major Graduate) was fired from Forbes after 6 years of
slave-like service she has decided too share a piece of investment advice with me.
I am now going to share it with you.
Xero (NZE:XRO) is a New Zealand based accounting software company that is
listed on the New Zealand Exchange. Peter Thiel invested 4 million and then
another 16 million initially, who is a big US player in the markets and a
billionaire with an early investment in Facebook and one of the co-founders
of PayPal.
The tip comes from a journalist close to Mr Thiel who was having dinner with
him and many other tech entrepreneurs when she over heard him talking about
a new fund called "Mithril capital", Mr Thiel plans to invest 80% of the entire
equity of the fund or the sum of exactly ($310,000,000 USD) on August 1st. This news
was then confirmed when Peter talked to Washington Post about Mithril Capital
however did not disclose the investment he was about to make. The other 20% of the
fund will go into later stage investments along with Ajay Royan (previously managing
director of Clarium Capital).
What this means for the stock price (which currently ranges from $4 - $5 NZD) will
almost double in the time of one month, which means if you want to get in on this
deal you better do it now before the stock almost doubles. $4.95 - $9.30 is what
the expected price analysts from "Forbes" have told me but it could raise to $11
- $13 if Royan then makes a private investment through Clarium capital.
For those who know plan to do so anonymously through private hedge funds and equities
too make a small fortune for themselves and double their net worth. This is a chance
for the regular people too know - not ones with inside information, journalists and
very connected business people.
Choice is yours what to do with this advice, use it however you wish. It's up to you.
I have recently purchased 50,000 shares over the past month so I am wishing to flip
them by the end of August.
