Have to say that UK healthcare makes Canada looks a bit 3rd world so we have topped up with health insurance. If any of us (my family) get seriously ill - hope not) then we will return to UK for treatment.
Canada health care is not 100% and you do have to pay for some things. We were shocked when we found that we have to pay for dental work especially.
