No no.. Perhaps I should elaborate.

 

You want to buy stuff before all the good news hits, not after the news has come out.

 

Do you buy the house next door after it has gone up 50% or do you buy it when it is cheap?

Isn't there a big difference between speculation (rumor) and real "guaranteed" income for 7 years! What's the companies upside/growth potential?  Anyone following this company?
