Sucks because stupid etrade's bid/ask was all jacked up on that move. After I sold, GLD bounced and the bid/ask was above $2.00 mad.gif

My thoughts:

 

*  The SPX has re entered that 1291 to 1334 range bound area with a more explicit range being between 1300 and 1228

 

*  The price being above 1316 for this week seems somewhat overextended--despite the catalyst driven environment

 

*  The price is likely to test the 1300 level at some point for different reasons

Nah, trend isn't broken quite yet.  We look to be back-testing the value area after a nice 3 day move.  The VA is also the 1 month POC on the 60min.  The volume was definitely a buy climax between late yesterday and this morning.  My short term CCI reading way over +200 confirms it.

I was referring to a 5min ES chart. Trend from 2pm yesterday to 6am levels... and now we are bouncing.. damnit tongue.gif
