Some friends of mine asked me where is the easiest place to find me on here.  I told them to look for the escapee's from RB.  Until I get comfortable with the site, this is where I will probably start out.  Those of you that know me, please click to follow me so I can find you too : ))

Your long time friend,

There are a LOT of big names out there that are no longer being mentioned in the derivatives scare.  I remember it was not too long ago when EMC was being absorbed by Bear Sterns, then Chase...corner by corner, bank by bank...they were all failing the "test"...derivatives verses capital; overnight big banks would fail.  On top of that, we see the International scale of the problems in the Euro, with Greece, Spain, Portugal...not doing well with their so called "tests" to continue or to fail.  Germany is still trying to balance out that mess to the point that one slip up and the walls come tumbling down for everyone.

Look at this more as a huge consolidation processes.  You see the hedge funds are not as happy nowadays as they have been.  They are making the same mistakes many of us did on the long side.  Think back to the consolidation of the technologly stocks in early 2000.  I still see a lot of of big money sitting, waiting for the next roaring upswing.  Where I have seen so many people lose money is where they have had to sell holdings for living expenses.

Taxing everyone to death won't fix the economy....just the opposite.  I still say, don't bail out the banks, give the $$$'s to "We the People" and the $$$'s will start flowing back through the systems faster than fiat can be made...

Opinions??? welcome : )

~sis~  the bankers have totally forgotten the crisis of 2008. No...that's wrong..they remember it but are convinced that the Fed and the taxpayers will bail them out so they are doubling down on derivatives. After the last bailouts their bonuses got even bigger! So, the next crisis wii be even worse. BTW my part of HSM (stonerangers forum) had different 'threads' : politics/society/...p.m./gold/silver...energy...investment studies.....general market conditions...the link below will take you my fourms 'home page'...takes a little while to figure it out.  Glad to have you aboard!

Big banks/finace  and big Government are attached at the hip. Big Banks are nothing more than hedge

funds dressed in financial drag.   What a  joke.

Thanks Stone, that link is much better for me, and for friends, to see the full scope of the discussions!  I guess I never really grasped the "distance" the financial world has made on the knowledge of people investing into it.  "Deer in the headlights" and "herd mentality" don't even touch the uninformed about where their money is going.  They don't even ask questions!  To them, bigger government means more people to help manage their $$$ properly.

Personally, I have really had a hard time with ~Trust~ issues concerning every faucet of my life.  I mapped out the financial woes of the US $$ and came out with no direction of where any of it is going.  I thought, well, they are going to end up with another AIG giant (or a few of them as to not attract anti trust issues)...but I don't even see that in our near future.  Maybe I'll post my hen scratching on here sometime..2008-present has had so many changes, I'd have to get out my markers to help me ~follow~the~money~  It might even look pretty now that we can download charts : )
