Looking to Pick out Canadian Microcap Companies

They need to:

- Market Cap below $10 million
- Flat or declining stock price over the past 3 years
- Cash flow breakeven (or small operating loss)
- Have some cash on the balance sheet to sustain their basic needs

What's a good way to go about this search?  Thanks guys.

check out t.bqe, fits the criteria with the exception that its mc is just over 10mil. Water treatment with 9 mil cash in the bank and some profitable operations though not yet profitable enough to substain the management and board which is trying to grow the company and increase rev.

Try using a stock screener lots of sites have them. The TSX has one under " Research & Tools". (to get to that page just ask for any quote) In the drop down menu fill in the criteria. For micro cap avoid "institutional holdings". Use the preset screens at the upper right of the page if you want. Do check the charts on the results page to determine performance.

         Practice wil improve your results.
