BAC holding above $7 today which is pretty impressive.

I think the obvious trade for the afternoon would be to sell ahead of this weekend in which the world could possibly end (for the nth time), so the tough trade here so to go long.

Any takers?

Yea, I think it is more than obvious that the only thing we should be doing is going short for the EOD sell-off. The only thing holding me back from buying SPY puts is the fact that it is too obvious.

Yeah it really does seem too obvious, and the fact our rally hasn't happened yet today makes me think we are putting it off for a EOD rally, or everybody just sits here doing nothing and we close flat.

Thus the correct trade is to go long.

Costanza rule.

This "bottom" looks more like a sideways trading range, until it heads lower!
Hmm... with all the talk of selling into euro-uncertainty, no surprise to see these questions asked. That little bell in my head just rang telling me to go long to play this range trade. But it's a freakin' six handle range. No thanks. Especially not with the Dollar refusing to stay below 82.50 It has even been getting support on the 5 min from the 50 SMA... solid.

Note TF failed last hour at 768.2. Repeat to yourself "768.4, October high, 768.4... ."

YM into new lows. Will it get takers? You'd think ES is next based on those two leading yesterday.

Facebook’s stock should trade for $13.80

Commentary: Here’s a fair-price calculation for Facebook

YM low rejection. Now TF looks like it might be next to try a move, this would be up, if it cannot get through you know what price on the next earnest attempt, I'm packing it in for the day (uhhh... probably... pssshhh).

LOWER lows on

CurrencyShares Euro Trust (NYSEARCA:FXE) and EURO heading for 120 (CNBC today)

Sell euros and buy dollars.. apparently this is the theme. So therefore dollar goes up and therefore DOW goes down?  Wondering if we get a wee bounce hitting SJE's spy target of 1340 (ish)  before we drop down. Really bored of being held to ransom by the Euro.... next.....  rolleyes.gif

CNBC  just now....        *what is the mood of the business community in Greece at the moment?*

What answer was expected? *Oh we are really happy economy is booming making loads of money just struggling to get workers with so many vacancies...*

Must be the dumbest question ever broadcast on US television.    .    horse.gif

CNBC during bull market is a big party.

During bear market cycles, its a comedy show sprinkled with Dr Doom here and there.
