We already faded the FOMC move. The QE3 trick doesn't work anymore especially with tons of resistance above.

 

Until they actually say they are going todo it this magic trick is finished

I agree, but the last time they used this trick we were still in the midst of a rally, this is the first time they are using this trick during a downtrend where any kind of excuse is needed to get a short squeeze going.

and why on earth would you want it to test lower but hold your long? why not take the loss and re-enter if thats your target downside?

Already hit 545.31.

Much better to buy at 545 area than over 600 as many have done.

But AAPL could always overshoot to the downside, so you have to be capable of taking the risk!

dont remind me please! I had 15p at .29 on like monday, sold tuesday for .72 thinking it was a pimp trade. The entire time i told myself it should test low 14.0x range, so clearly my exit was key! haha

SJE, yep I agree with that different context here..

 

 

Staying long $TZA,$TLT  - SHORT $V, $CMG, $PCLN

 

We need this flush not because it would make me happy but man we need to end these gap up fades.  Get it done in one nice big move and finally people can become buyers again I want to go long but at these prices its not good enough yet

I'm down over $30,000 with my shares but don't really care. I only care about my realized profit, and I'm banking on the puts right now. Apple will hit $700 someday, and I'll hold my shares until it does.

I feel your pain. I lost about $10k in options which isn't coming back up haha. I do have some shares and leaps for the long haul.
