Haha, so much for that bounce wow.  Man we're really coming overdue on it too maybe we hit -100 on the NYMO like we did back in April? If we come down hard today I don't think you can keep on anymore shorts market giving another chance to cover some.

 

Jamie Dimon is speaking I think that'll give a lift to the market today.  I'm gonna go with my gut here I still feel we will be up 50-70 points today despite the Greek news

AMZN upgraded, GRPN doing well, AAPL holding up, ZNGA,  tech seems alright for now.

Dollar daily right at top of a rising channel... interesting... breaking out here would be powerful. Don't think it will, but prepared if it does.

AAPL, at this point, is just in a correction back to good support levels.

About 560 - 540.

Covered all short positions only holding TZA (going to have to average some  if we pop high today).

 

Going to try some of the Fins to piggyback dimon speaking maybe $BAC.

No!!! My GOOG calls filled their stop loss at $4.30 and I exited for a huge loss. Now they are up to $5.60. Fuuuuu.

Let's not forget the FB anticipation too. People might be loading on numerous sympathetic issues to piggyback the FB effect.

Hopefully we can get that mega-flush this morning!

And how ironic that the pre-earnings selloff low was 555.00... our good friend double zero.

 

Ya, I piggy backed the FB thing today with ZNGA.  Pissed about this stock AMED though.  They kept the spread so shitty early on and I backed off.

Looking to short PCLN if it reaches 675-679. Looks like a good long for now to fill that gap up

Apple wins patent battle against Samsung on galaxy tab !

I covered shorts in AH yesterday and took a 1/3 position long the S&P and will add if we can break through 1342  then another 1/3 at1362 on the ES...This is strictly a technical oversold bounce play abd will re load on shorts at a better price..

In the court case, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) had accused Samsung of copying its patented designs, for the iPad and iPhone. The federal circuit of the Use Court of Appeals ruled that a California judge had been too hasty in making a decision to deny Apple the permission to block the sales of Samsung tablets while Apple was having a patent infringement against it in court. The patent case accused Samsung of copying critical designs elements from its products.

 

In a ruling that will be viewed as a victory and a loss at the same time, Apple’s bid to block the sale of Samsung Electronics Galaxy Tab was received, but other applications in which Apple had asked that the sale of Samsung smartphones be stopped was rejected.
